Service Styles
Service style can be as unique as your event. The culinary component of your event should be an experience––an adventure––for your guests. Have an idea you don't see here? Let's chat. We love to work on new and innovative ways to serve guests.
A great way to serve guests for causal or formal events. All food is stylishly displayed for guests to view and serve themselves. This typically requires less staff and guest are fed quickly.
PLATED
An experience related to restaurant dining. Each meal is carefully prepared and graceful serviced, a personalized dining experience.
BUFFET
STATIONS
Stations are a great way to emphasize the social aspect of an event, they are fun to customize and allow you to tell a story with your event; moving guests throughout an event space with different experiences.
FAMILY STYLE
Family style service is perfect for creating an intimate setting and lends itself to conversation and socializing. Large dishes are placed at each table, allowing guests to serve themselves as they would at home with family.
SMALL PLATES
Small plates are served on stationary display. Guests enjoy pre-plated and prepared items and experience a range of tasty options. This is a great way to keep the party going and serving guests without having to sit down for your meal.
CHEF-ATTENDED
A professionally trained PDT event chef will prepare customized selections on-site so your guests can enjoy an interactive and dynamic food experience! Think: pasta, omelets, or carving stations!
BUTLER-PASSED
Cocktail hour hors d’oeuvres or any tray-passed service creates the unexpected delight that keeps guests on their toes. This is a great way to welcome guests before dining and entertainment or to thank them for attending with a late-night sweet or savory send-off.
